On a day that looked as if it would be just another fine and glorious Queensland summer afternoon an hour before start time of the class 3 race contested by Bitofasmartie the weather changed to cold, raining and miserable, but there was never a cloud over the performance of Bitofasmartie who made it a No Contest thrashing his rivals at the Sunshine Coast track to run a new class record winning by 2 1/2 lengths running away.
